Notice what matters

Values Sort

A little clarity about what you want to keep in view.

Values can help describe qualities or directions that matter to us. This exercise helps you reflect on a broad list and narrow it to a smaller group.

There are no right or wrong choices. What matters most can shift with circumstances, priorities, and different parts of life.

  1. ExploreNotice values that feel meaningful.
  2. ChooseKeep a few in view for now.
  3. ReflectAdd a note, if you would like.

Your selections and notes stay in this page. This tool does not save your progress; reloading clears it, and closing the page may lose it. You can copy, share, or print your summary at the end.

At your own pace. You can change your choices or stop at any time.

About Values Sort

This is an independent interactive values-clarification exercise for personal reflection, including between-session use when helpful.

It is not an official ACT or Miller Values Card Sort instrument, a validated test, a diagnostic assessment, or a substitute for professional care.

The list and descriptions are provisional and independently assembled from ordinary value concepts. They are not complete, and some concepts overlap. Interpret them in ways that are meaningful to you.

Your choices are a snapshot for this exercise, not a permanent definition of who you are.
